TransferGo Cashback Promotion Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the TransferGo Cashback Promotion (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”) offered by TransferGo Limited (hereinafter referred to as “TransferGo”).
Eligibility
1. The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and above who are registered users of TransferGo.
2. The Promotion is applicable only to the user’s very first transaction with TransferGo.
3. The Promotion only applies to users who enter the code ‘CASH10BACK’ upon checkout in the app.
Cashback Offer
1. Users who send £200 or more to Nigeria in their first transaction with TransferGo will be eligible to receive a cashback of £10 or equivalent (see table below).
2. The £10 cashback will be credited to the user within 10 business days from the completion of the qualifying transaction.
3. The £10 cashback will be sent to the same card or bank account that the user employed to make the transaction.
4. The cashback will be sent in the same currency as the Qualifying Transfer, equivalent to £10. These equivalent amounts can be found here and are not subject to foreign exchange fluctuations:

Qualifying Transaction
1. To qualify for the cashback, the transaction amount must be equivalent to £200 or more (see table above.)
2. The transaction must be an international transaction to Nigeria, into another currency, and to another person.
3. The recipient must be a person located abroad, and not the sender themselves.
Duration
The offer runs from 23rd April – 31st May 2024.
Exclusions
1. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
2. Only one cashback offer is available per user, regardless of the number or value of transactions made.
General Terms:
1. TransferGo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
2. TransferGo reserves the right to disqualify any user from participating in the Promotion if fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected.
3. Users agree that TransferGo’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion shall be final and binding.
4. By participating in the Promotion, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
5. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
6. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By participating in the Promotion, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
